1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TaskNote ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TaskNote is a desktop application for task and schedule management. The App provides the following features:

• Task and project management
• Calendar-based scheduling
• Google Calendar integration (optional)
• Mini widget modes (Today, Calendar)

3. User Accounts

TaskNote does not require account registration. Google Calendar integration is optional and requires a Google account, which is governed by Google's own Terms of Service.

4. Data Ownership

• All data created within TaskNote (tasks, projects, schedules) belongs to the user.
• All data is stored locally on the user's device.
• TaskNote does not store, access, or control user data on any external server.

5. Google Calendar Integration

• Google Calendar integration is an optional feature.
• When enabled, TaskNote accesses your Google Calendar data solely to sync events between the App and Google Calendar.
• TaskNote complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• You may disconnect Google Calendar at any time through the App's settings.
