TaskNote Privacy Policy

TaskNote does not transmit any personal data to external servers. All data is stored only on the user's local PC. When using Google Calendar integration, the app communicates directly with the user's Google account.

1. Information We Collect

When using the Google Calendar integration feature, TaskNote collects the following information:

Google Calendar integration is optional. All core features (task management, scheduling, etc.) work without it.

2. Data Storage and Processing

TaskNote does not operate any external servers. All data is stored exclusively on the user's local PC.

3. Third-Party Sharing

TaskNote does not share any collected personal information with third parties.

When using Google Calendar integration, API communication occurs directly between the user's device and Google servers. No data passes through TaskNote's servers.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Google disconnection: OAuth tokens are revoked on Google's servers and local token files are immediately deleted.
App uninstallation: All data in the app data folder is deleted.
No separate retention period exists. Data is destroyed immediately upon user action.

5. User Rights

Users may take the following actions at any time:

Disconnect Google: Settings > Google Calendar > "Disconnect" button
